Villa Franca is a holiday home that can accommodate from 6 to 8 people.
The villa was actually built as a onvent around the 18th century. Still today it is possible to see its original structural characteristics and feel the baroque atmosphere of the period.
The inside of the house is divided as follows:

3 master (or double) bedrooms, one of which can hold two single beds,
1 bathroom with shower,
1 large living room,
1 kitchen with dining room,
1 entrance,
terrace.

All around the house there's a large garden full of orange and lemon trees.
There is a garage for a car and up to two cars can be parked in a private place.
The entrance to the villa is protected by a gate that makes the garden a safe and private haven.

Viagrande - Catania - Sicily

Viagrande is on the piedmont area of the Parco of Etna.

Viagrande is a lovelly town on the piedmont area of the Parco dell’Etna.
It is easy to reach thanks to the dense network of well indicated roads.

If you land at the airport of Fontanarossa di Catania, follow the “tangenziale di Catania” E 45 and turn off at the exit “Paesi Etnei”, then go on to Viagrande following the indicat.
If you reach Sicily by car, drive along the highway “Messina-Catania” up to the tollgate of Acireale. From here follow the directions.
If you are arriving by boat, the possible berthing are Messina or Catania, therefore proceed as before. If you berth in Palermo, follow the highway "Palermo-Catania" and then the "tangenziale di Catania" and turn off at the exit "Paesi Etnei".

Via Velardi is in a very quiet part of the town, far away from traffic but at the same time it is close to restaurants, shops, banks and pharmacies.
Villa Franca, only a few Km from Catania, is in a very special position for all those who love to make excursions surrounded by the arts...
